solubility/dilution
in general, desmodur® vp ls 2394 has good compatibility with the listed solvents. however, the stability of the resulting solution must always be tested. desmodur® vp ls 2394 can be diluted with ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and 1-methoxypropyl acetate-2. aromatics are not true solvents and therefore have only limited compatibility as diluents. prolonged storage of solutions with low binder content may result in turbidity and precipitation. use only pu grade solvents (<0.05% water content). solvents must not contain reactive groups.

compatibility
desmodur® vp ls 2394 is compatible with many polyester based desmophen® products, with limited compatibility with hydroxy-containing acrylates. in general, desmodur® vp ls 2394 is compatible with desmodur® products.
